Examples of QR code prices and expiry -

1 phone, active for 2 years = £43.20, QR code expires after 2 years.
1 phone + 1 tablet, each active for 12 months = £24.00 x 2 = £48.00, both QR codes expire after 1 year
1 phone for 2 years, 1 tablet for 3 years = £43.20 + £61.20 = £104.40, phone QR code expires after 2 years, tablet QR code expires after 3 years.

After expiry, any QR code can be individually renewed/reactivated for a further 1 - 3 years, at whatever the prices are at the time of renewal.

Callout Fees

For on-site installations, the minimum cost of QR code installations is £90. Therefore, if the total value of your purchased QR codes is less than £90, a fee is automatically applied to make it up to £90.

For example, if you purchased 4 QR codes at £18 each to be installed on-site, that's a total of £72 and therefore a callout fee of £18 will be added on top to make it £90 in total.

Callout fees will only be applied if installing QR codes on-site. There are no callout fees applied if the QR codes are installed at authorised QR Secure installation centres.
